Evidence & preservation checklist
- Download original files (images/videos) — avoid re-sharing.
- Save full-page screenshots with timestamp & URL (use browser full page capture).
- Export chat logs and save as text files where possible.
- Keep bank transfer receipts and transaction IDs for fraud cases.
- Do not alter original devices; make dated backups and note chain of custody.
After generating the complaint, upload the document and attachments to complaint.fia.gov.pk or the NR3C portal. For urgent threats call your local police or the NR3C helpline.
Important: This assistant prepares a structured complaint text. It does not file on your behalf. Use official portals to submit complaints. Consult a lawyer for legal advice or complex cross-border cybercrime matters.
